How long does it take to set up the Braze integration?
Under 15 minutes. Create a Braze REST API key with the scopes Oneprofile needs, paste it into Oneprofile, and the connection validates immediately. Map fields, set a schedule, and data flows.
Can I sync data both to and from Braze?
Yes. Braze works as both a source and a destination in Oneprofile. Pull engagement data out of Braze into your CRM or database, and push customer attributes or events into Braze from any connected tool.
Does the Braze integration reduce data point usage?
Yes. Oneprofile tracks which fields changed and only sends diffs to Braze. If 3 out of 40 attributes changed, Braze receives 3 data point updates instead of 40. This directly reduces your Braze bill.
Do I need a data warehouse to sync with Braze?
