We built Oneprofile because we kept solving the same problem
Hey there 👋 Thanks for being curious enough to click "About."
At every company we worked at or started, we ran into the same pattern. An engineer would write a Python script to push Postgres data into Mailchimp. A cron job would sync Stripe charges to the CRM. Webhook would keep Intercom up to date. Each integration worked until it didn't, and nobody wanted to maintain any of them.
We built Oneprofile to replace all of that. Connect your database or any tool, map fields, and data flows to every destination automatically. No glue code, no broken pipelines, no "who owns this integration" Slack threads.
Before Oneprofile, we were the ones debugging broken sync jobs at 2 AM. We tried Zapier (too limited), Segment (requires a warehouse), and custom code (works until someone quits and nobody understands the script).
The tools that did exist were built for companies with data teams, warehouse infrastructure, and six-figure budgets. Nothing existed for a 3-person startup that just needs Postgres data in their marketing tools.
So we built it. Oneprofile connects your database and SaaS tools directly. No warehouse prerequisite, no SDK instrumentation, no implementation project. Most teams are live on day one.
We’re intentionally keeping the team small and focused, with strong views on how modern data infrastructure should work. If this way of thinking speaks to you, we’d love for you to try it out.
