How long does it take to set up the Stripe integration?
Under 10 minutes. Generate a restricted API key in Stripe, paste it into Oneprofile, and the connection validates immediately. Map the fields you want to sync, set a schedule, and data flows within 15 minutes of starting.
Which Stripe record types can I sync?
Customers, Subscriptions, and Charges. Each record type has its own set of syncable fields. Oneprofile discovers available record types and properties automatically when you connect your Stripe account.
Can I sync Stripe data to multiple destinations at once?
Yes. Create one sync config per destination: Stripe to HubSpot, Stripe to Intercom, Stripe to PostgreSQL. Each runs independently with its own field mapping and schedule. Unlimited sync configs on paid plans.
What happens if Stripe rate-limits the sync?
Oneprofile detects rate-limit responses and waits the required time before retrying. Records that fail all retries are captured in the dead letter queue for investigation. No data is silently dropped.
Is the Stripe integration included on the free plan?
Yes. Stripe is available on all plans, including the free tier. The free plan has limits on total integrations and sync configs, but there is no per-connector fee.
Does Oneprofile support real-time Stripe sync?
Yes. Enable real-time sync so changes in Stripe propagate to destinations within seconds. For scheduled sync, the minimum interval is 15 minutes on Enterprise or hourly on the Team plan.
