How long does it take to set up the Brevo integration?
Under 10 minutes. Generate an API key in Brevo, paste it into Oneprofile, and the connection validates immediately. Map fields, set a schedule, and data flows within 15 minutes.
Which Brevo record types can I sync?
Contacts, Lists, and Campaigns. Each record type has its own syncable fields. Oneprofile discovers available record types and attributes automatically when you connect Brevo.
Can I use the Brevo integration as both source and destination?
Yes. Every Oneprofile integration is bidirectional. Read contact data from Brevo into your CRM, or write CRM and billing data back to Brevo contact attributes. One connection handles both.
Does the Brevo sync handle rate limits?
Yes. Oneprofile detects rate-limit responses from the Brevo API and waits before retrying. Records that fail all retries go to the dead letter queue for investigation. No data is dropped.
Is the Brevo integration available on the free plan?
Yes. Brevo is available on all plans, including free. The free plan limits total integrations and sync configs, but there is no per-connector fee on any plan.
