How do I connect Zendesk to Oneprofile?
Create an API token in Zendesk Admin Center, paste it into Oneprofile with your subdomain, and the connection validates immediately. Map fields, set a schedule, and data flows within minutes.
Which Zendesk record types can I sync?
Tickets, Users, Organizations, and Tags. Each record type has its own syncable fields. Oneprofile discovers available properties automatically when you connect your Zendesk instance.
Can I push billing data into Zendesk user profiles?
Yes. Connect Stripe or another billing tool as a source, Zendesk as a destination, and map subscription fields to Zendesk custom user fields. Oneprofile creates the fields if they don't exist.
Does the Zendesk integration support real-time sync?
Yes. Enable real-time sync so changes propagate within seconds. For scheduled sync, the minimum interval is 15 minutes on Enterprise or hourly on Team.
Is the Zendesk integration included on the free plan?
Yes. Zendesk is available on all plans, including free. The free plan limits total integrations and sync configs, but there are no per-connector fees.
