How long does it take to set up the Paddle integration?
Under 10 minutes. Generate an API key in Paddle, paste it into Oneprofile, and the connection validates immediately. Map the fields you want to sync, set a schedule, and data starts flowing.
Which Paddle record types can I sync?
Customers, Subscriptions, and Transactions. Each record type has its own syncable fields. Oneprofile discovers available record types and properties automatically when you connect Paddle.
Can I sync Paddle data to multiple tools at once?
Yes. Create one sync config per destination: Paddle to HubSpot, Paddle to Intercom, Paddle to PostgreSQL. Each runs independently with its own field mapping and schedule.
What happens if Paddle rate-limits the sync?
Oneprofile detects rate-limit responses and waits the required interval before retrying. Records that fail all retries go to the dead letter queue for investigation. No data is dropped.
Is the Paddle integration included on the free plan?
Yes. Paddle is available on all plans, including the free tier. The free plan limits total integrations and sync configs, but there is no per-connector fee.
Does Oneprofile support real-time Paddle sync?
Yes. Enable real-time sync so Paddle changes propagate to destinations within seconds. For scheduled sync, the minimum interval is 15 minutes on Enterprise or hourly on Team.
