How does Oneprofile connect to Gladly?
Through Gladly's API. Generate an API token in your Gladly admin settings, paste it into Oneprofile, and the connection validates immediately. Most teams have data flowing within 15 minutes.
Which Gladly record types can I sync?
Customers, Conversations, and Topics. Each record type has its own syncable fields. Oneprofile discovers available record types and properties automatically when you connect your Gladly account.
Can I push data into Gladly from other tools?
Yes. Gladly is bidirectional in Oneprofile. Push billing data from Stripe, CRM context from HubSpot, or any other source directly into Gladly customer profiles. Each sync config runs independently with its own field mapping.
Is the Gladly integration available on the free plan?
Yes. Gladly is available on all plans, including the free tier. The free plan has limits on total integrations and sync configs, but there is no per-connector fee.
How often does Gladly data sync?
You can enable real-time sync for instant updates or use scheduled sync with intervals from 15 minutes (Enterprise) to hourly (Team). Manual syncs are available anytime on all plans.
